KĖDAINIAI DISTRICT MUNICIPALITY OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION OF QUALITY POLICY

Kėdainiai District Municipality, aims to:
-  maximize the combined interests of the community with local policy;
-  fully meet the needs and expectations;
-  increase confidence in the institution.

Commitments of Kėdainiai District Municipality:
-  to develop social well-being of community for all the social conditions of the person in charge of education and meet the needs of citizens with human rights;
-  to ensure transparency, openness and fairness of their activities;
-  to  prevent any corruption;
-  to create a transparent, efficient, and good results in the requester service-oriented, information-based system of public administration;
-  to facilitate the realization of ideas and proposals, evaluating their practical value;
-  to raise the professional qualifications of staff, to ensure that staff have the necessary skills and knowledge required;
-   to promote friendly and constructive environment for communication, to create mutual understanding, help and support micro-climate;
-  to optimize the operations of the institution in order to shorten the time required to solve problems;
-  to improve  the quality management system according to the quality management standard LST EN ISO 9001:2008 requirements and recommendations.
