| CALL FOR APPLICATIONS TO INVEST TO KĖDAINIAI INDUSTRIAL PARK Kėdainiai District Municipality offers potencial investors (legal bodies) to submit applications for participation into investors‘ selection contest at Kėdainiai Industrial Park.
Applications are accepted to the following address J. Basanavičiaus g. 36, 711 room., LT – 52788 Kėdainiai, Lithuania, work time: Monday-Thursday 8:00 am-12:00 pm, 12:45 pm-03:00 pm. Applications can be submited by mail, by courier or can be submited to previously indicated adress.
Kėdainiai Industrial Park offers land plots with equipped engineering infrastructure (5 land plot numbers in scheme 2, 3, 8A, 8, 10). The rented territory of Industrial Park is equipped with water supply, network of household and surface leak, gas pipeline, road infrastructure.
Applications will be valued under two criteria:
1. The quantity of a planned investment per hectare to a rented area till the beginning of the activities . Minimal investments per hectare of a rented land should be not less than 4 mln. Lt.
2. The establishment of permanent number of new workplaces (maintained at least 3 years) per hectare of a rented land. Minimal number of workplaces per hectare - at least 5.
Minimal requirements:
Must be registered and act in accordance with law ofa certain country. Must have the right to manage with related work of a business plan. Activities should begin not later than 3 years since the contract is signed. Must have own funds or a possibility to borrow to ensure investments necessary for implementing a project.
